What causes electric panels to malfunction or go bad?
Age, weather, rust, lack of maintenance, overloading, power surges, bad wiring, corrosion, water, and burning can all cause an electric panel to not work properly, malfunction, stop working, become a shock or electrical hazard, or catch on fire.
If a circuit breaker trips, does it mean the breaker is bad or needs to be replaced?

Signs You Need To Replace or Fix Electric Panels
An old or malfunctioning electric panel can be a hazard to you, your family, and your house. Some issues with electric panels can be solved with simple repairs.
